How do I log into Esther?
Your Esther ID is your employee ID number and the password you selected. If you cannot remember your password, please enter your ID and click the "Forgot PIN" button. Please e-mail for assistance or call xBENE (x2363) if you are not able to retrieve your pin on your own.

If I switch plans, will my doctor still be covered?
You can use the Aetna DocFind tool to see if your doctor would be covered under a new plan. Click here for a video that shows you how to use this tool.

If I don’t have changes, do I have to complete open enrollment?
We encourage you to review your benefits each year and choose the right plan for you. However, you only need to complete open enrollment if you have changes to your benefit elections (medical, dental, life insurance, AD&D) or if you wish to re-enroll in medical, dependent care, or health savings accounts.

Can I talk with someone in person?
Yes! You can sign up for a group benefits enrollment appointment for further assistance.
